Rachel won the Aesthetic Nurse of the year 2016 award at the Safety in Beauty Campaign Diamond Awards. It was a great honour for her to be invited to join the prestigious Allergan Medical Institute as a UK Nurse Ambassador for their products, Botox and Juvederm. This role involves teaching nurses, doctors and dentists, filming educational webinars, speaking to the media and presenting at aesthetic conferences.
Rachel Goddard travels all over the UK training with our sister company, Totally Aesthetics. TotallyAesthetics has been established for 12 years and trains doctors, nurses and dentists in the administration of Medical Cosmetic treatments such as Dermal Fillers, Mesotherapy, Peels and Botulinum Toxins.
Rachel Goddard has previously worked as a trainer for Merz Aesthetics, training medics in the advanced uses of their portfolio of products including Radiesse and Belotero. She visits Europe to attend conferences and for advanced training in brand new procedures. Rachel Goddard is also a founding member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
Rachel Goddard has been a member of the editorial panel of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and has also had case studies and articles published. Rachel also sat on the 2016-2017 advisory panel for the Safety in Beauty Campaign, raising awareness on what can go wrong with aesthetic treatments if they are carried out in a non-clinical environment or by non-medics.
Rachel is passionate about sharing her expertise and educating other clinicians. She is a mentor for nurses and doctors undertaking the post-graduate masters degree in aesthetics practice at Northumbria University. She regularly presents at conferences including Professional Beauty, Aesthetic Medicine North, Bacn Regional Meetings, Piapa conference and Med Fx educational roadshow.
